In the light of the COVID-19 pandemic and the uncertainties of vaccination, the Organizing Committee, in close consultation with the Scientific Committee and the Board of IGA, has decided to postpone the 13rd International Conference on Goats to 2022.
The organizers’ main concern is to guarantee the health of everyone involved and ensure a high level of attendance from all over the world.

The conference is now scheduled for 18-23 September 2022.

The venue remains the same: Hotel Eger & Park, Eger, Hungary.

The planning of the conference was well underway, with 10 confirmed invited speakers, 7 Sessions, 5 roundtables and 6 workshops scheduled to take place over the course of four days. The program will include the first-ever international goat milk products contest, a full-day technical tour, several lucrative social programs.

The conference organizers will work towards ensuring the same program. We sincerely hope, that it will be possible to organize a face-to-face international conference in 2022.
