Registration and fees

Please find below the information on the (postponed) 2021 event. The conference organisers will work on offering the same conditions and opportunities for 2022 as well. Further information is planned to be communicated by December 2021.

After successful registration, a proforma invoice can be downloaded from the on-line registration system.

All prices are quoted in EURO and include VAT.

Payment can be done either by credit card, or by bank transfer. The proforma invoice inculdes all information for bank transfer. On the transfer form, please indicate: "participant's name" and "the number of the Pro Forma invoice". Please note that we do not assume bank transfer charges, so please ensure that these are covered.

After payment, the official confirmation (order summary) can also be downloaded from the on-line registration system. After the congress an official tax-invoice will be issued.
Cancellations must be sent to the Conference Secretariat in writing by the dates specified:
  • - Cancellation received before 18st July, 2021: 70 % refund
  • - Cancellation received between 18st July and 31st August: 50 % refund
  • - Cancellation on 31st August and later: no refund
Refunds will be made after the Conference by bank transfer. All bank charges are to be paid by the receiver.

The registration fee does not include insurance of any kind. The organisers cannot accept any responsibility or liability for injuries or losses sustained as a result of any cancellations, accidents, illness or other occurrences that may arise in connection with the conference or its evening events. Participants are advised to take out appropriate travel and health insurance themselves.
